FACETS works closely with partners across Fairfax County to provide individualized services and support. The Coordinated Services team can help you access food, shelter, employment, financial assistance, healthcare and other resources. Reach out to access these services through Fairfax County Coordinated Services Planning (CSP) at 703-222-0880 or TTY 711.
CSP offices are open Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Coordinated Services Planning connects Fairfax County residents to community-based assistance and services, including FACETS programs.
