At FACETS, we aim to provide every child, family, and individual with safe, sustainable, and permanent housing. Our expert teams of case managers and advocates work with individuals and families experiencing or are at risk of homelessness in order to address their specific circumstances and needs.

We provide needed emergency shelter and case management to get clients back on their feet while they transition to more stable housing. For other clients, who need more supportive living environments, we have two group homes. Some clients require eviction prevention measures to help people navigate services, offer financial assistance, and connect them with resources so that they do not lose their homes.
