Karen brings nearly 20 years of expertise in procurement and contracts to her role as Director of Operations for the Dulles Corridor Chapter of NCMA. She has worked for DuPont, SAIC, and Northrop Grumman. Karen was drawn to FACETS due to a close family member’s near-homelessness and her middle son’s volunteer work with the organization. She also chairs the Camelot Hearing Association and volunteers with various non-profits, including nursing homes and family shelters. Karen holds a B.S. in Administrative and Financial Management from the University of Delaware. She is a proud mother of three boys; one has graduated and works at a financial corporation, while the other two are currently in college.
