Suzanne brings over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and currently works at Zurich North America. Her dedication to addressing food and housing insecurity was shaped by her volunteer work with the hot meals program and hypothermia shelter hosted by her church, as well as personal experiences supporting a family member in transitional housing. As a FACETS board member, she is committed to fundraising and increasing awareness of the organization’s mission throughout the community. In addition to her work with FACETS, Garrod has served on the Vestry of the Church of the Holy Comforter in Vienna and previously acted as Treasurer for the US Kids Child Development Center. She lives in Vienna with her husband, Scott, and their two daughters.
