Annual Report 2015-2016

March 6, 2017 in Uncategorized

It’s here! Our FACETS FY 2016 Annual Report! While we call it our “Annual” report we hope you’ll think of it as an “Impact” Report, filled with incredible information on how FACETS is changing the world for people who are facing homelessness in Fairfax County.

Even more importantly, it’s our “Gratitude” Report, with amazing stories of resilience, courage and of new beginnings, only possible because people like you give to FACETS.  We are already hard at work on the FY 2017 Annual Report as we prepare to close our year at the end of June.  Your support is making a life-changing impact on FACETS and the individuals, families, and veterans in our programs who are battling mental illness, poverty, and homelessness right here in our community.

Thank you for all YOU do!
