Helping Our Neighbors in Crisis
FACETS is one of Fairfax County’s largest social safety nets, helping families, children, and individuals move from crisis to stability. We meet people where they are – often at life’s most vulnerable moments – and help build stronger futures.
With more than 60,000 residents living in poverty and over 1,300 experiencing homelessness, the need is growing. In 2026, FACETS is growing too – expanding services and partnerships through Bailey’s Shelter and Supportive Housing to deliver outreach, healthcare, and supportive housing countywide.
Transforming Lives
From providing emergency shelter and connecting those in need with life-saving services, to securing permanent housing and charting a path to a stable, successful future, we are convening the community to help keep our neighbors warm, dry, fed, and safe.
Making an Impact
Nights of Shelter
Provided to households experiencing homelessness during the coldest months of the year. Thanks to the incredible commitment of our faith community partners who ensure no one faces the cold alone.
Nutritious Meals Served
A 4.5% increase over last year, representing up to $580,000 worth of food provided to neighbors experiencing hunger through our Hot Meals Program.
Households Protected from Eviction
FACETS’ court outreach—offering free legal counsel, advocacy, and relocation support—helped many households avoid eviction and stabilize their housing.
